(1) Ozone oxidation method
Ozone oxidation method is suitable for treating pesticide wastewater with low concentration, difficult to biodegrade, or toxic to organisms, such as malathion, glyphosate, etc. Generally, suspicious compounds are generated, and finally CO2 and H2O are produced without secondary pollution. While decomposing organic matter, it also has decolorization, deodorization, and sterilization effects. The disadvantage of ozone oxidation is that the ozone generator consumes a high amount of electricity, so it is only suitable under conditions of sufficient power supply.
(2) Wet oxidation method
It is a method of heating and pressurizing wastewater in the presence of air to significantly reduce its COD, BOD, and suspended solids. This method is suitable for treating substances with high concentration, high toxicity, and difficult biodegradability, but it has low COD removal efficiency. The removal rate of organic phosphorus in wastewater treated by wet oxidation method is about 80%. The reaction is mainly hydrolysis, and organic phosphorus is converted into hydrolysis products such as H3PO4, HCl, CH3OH, etc. Finally, phosphorus is recovered in the form of Ca3 (PO4) 2.
(3) Chlorine oxidation method
Chlorine containing oxidants include Cl2, ClO2, hypochlorite, etc. At pH<3, oxidation has the best effect on sulfuric acid. The chlorine oxidation method is used to treat malathion wastewater, which is neutralized with caustic soda to pH 7, passed through C2 to pH 2-3, separated from the bottom oil, and then added with caustic soda (2% of the wastewater). The mixture is stirred at 40 ℃ for 4Pu for 6 hours, and the toxic phosphorus content is reduced to 7-12mg/L.
